This newsletter update has taken way to long, but times are changing so I hope to get into the habit on updating this blog weekly.
Hear we are in the middle of the trout season and fishing is fantastic! the early season brought high water and a deluge of rain so not much missed this last spring. Now that the run off has slowed down the rivers are clearing and the fishing on both spring creeks and freestone rivers has picked up. The best fishing that I found has been on the Pit River where both walk and wade and drift fishing are ways to get around this river system. Great dry fly fishing in the evenings and sub surface fishing through out the day gives anglers the right mix to fish.
